What attracted you to Truman?
The academic excellence of the school and the opportunity for undergraduate research.

What do you like best about Truman?
I like the challenges that Truman provides.

What has surprised you about Truman?
Nothing. Truman is everything I hoped for.

What do you like most about your classes?
The small class sizes are nice and the professors really care about students.

What do you feel is unique about Truman?
Truman is unique in that it provides students with a liberal arts education while still providing a focus on majors that will aptly prepare students for careers or graduate school.

How would you describe life at Truman to a friend?
I love my life at Truman; I’m receiving the best education, meeting some of my best friends, and making some amazing memories.

Have you done an internship or participated in undergraduate research?
I did a summer internship at the Missouri Institute of Mental Health and have been participating in undergraduate research for two years.

What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation I plan to attend graduate school and to get a PhD in Counseling Psychology.

What do you do for fun in Kirksville?
I go bowling at Leisure World, go out to Thousand Hills to relax, or go out to the train bridge for fun.
